Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges :

Shipping charges are applicable for all items. littlehood may provide free shipping on special occasions or bulk orders.

Partial Shippment :

Shipment of items against an order is subject to availability. In case of non availability of item, order will be cancelled and money will be refunded to the customer.

You can buy several items on littlehood in a single order. A particular item that is out of stock or not available at all may not be shipped to you along with other items that are available off the shelf. In such cases there will be "Partial Shipment" of your order. This means that you will receive only a part of your whole order. In such cases:

  1. You will not be charged extra shipping charges for each subsequent shipment of items.
  2. You will be informed in advance before each shipment is dispatched to you.
  3. You can cancel the remaining items if you are not willing to wait for the items to be shipped at a later date. You will be refunded for the value of the remaining items. See our Returns & refund policy for further details

Discretion :

Shipment of items is at sole discretion of littlehood.

Returns and Refund Policy

Damaged Parcel or Shipment :

If the items ordered from littlehood are received where outer package is damaged or tampered, Please do not accept the shipment. littlehood will not refund for such items received by the customer.

Defective and Damanged Item :

In case the item is found damaged or defective after delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. We will arrange for replacement of the items and will bear the cost of returns and replacements. These returns will not be accepted if the item has visible marks and/or identification of use.

Mismatch Item:

If you receive a item that you have ordered which does not match in model, size specification, colour or quantity, please report us with in 24 hours of receipt of shipment. We will arrange for free replacement of the item. If you do not want the replacement or the required item in unavailable with us, we will provide full refund.

Mode of Refund :

littlehood will start the refund process once we receive package with the item in it. Please note that the item needs to be send in the orginal package that had been received. littlehood will credit the refund in the same manner in which the original payment is made. If the payment is made using a credit/debit card, your card account will be credited for the refund amount. If you have issued a cheque, littlehood will issue a cheque on your name for the refund amount. We will process the refund within 10 working days and make the credit to your card account. In case of cheque, it will be delivered to your billing address within 15 working days.
